Host and Happiness, is an independently owned and run business by Founder Philip Sharp to provide co-hosting management services with the core philosophy that 'a happy guest equals a happy owner'.

Philip first fell in love with Airbnb Hosting when he became the proud owner with his wife Karla of their lakeside holiday home in the Cotswolds in October 2021. Our goal for this property was to make it one of the best in the area with handmade and up-cycled furnishings without compromising its luxury feel. Fast forward two years and Philip is now a Superhost on Airbnb with countless 5 star ratings and positive personal feedback on the management of the guest experience in the guest reviews.
